I am fine with you just finally admitting mankind is causing global warming.

Inasmuch as you seem to have trouble following paragraphs, I will try and break it down for you in short sentences. Just concentrate, you can get it.

1) The rise in global temperature is directly related to the amount of CO2. And it keeps rising.

Scientist's say we need to keep CO2 below 350 PPM for stability and it is already over 400.

2) As CO2 rises it melts increasing amounts of CH4 (methane hydrates) which are 25 times as much of a greenhouse gas. That raises the temperature even more.

Try and get that first and then we can go on to more complicated stuff. Like feedback loops, and ocean temperatures.
