US Gas – Party like it is pre-2008?
Fundamentals could stay tight long after winter, boosting prices
22 January 2014 ¦ 12 pages ir.citi.com

US natural gas prices have surged but more upside is possible, as the supply-
demand balance would likely stay tight post-winter. Prompt month gas prices
have risen nearly 35% from a low of $3.4/MMBtu on Nov 4, 2013 to the $4.6 range
on very cold winter, breaking the $4.5 resistance level seen stopping price run-ups
last winter and last December. With tight fundamentals, $5 gas is not impossible.

My local friend in the business here would wet his pants for $5 nat gas.
