Yes, after the huge damage this self styled "religious right" (oxymoron of highest order) inflicted upon itself, they have only recently awakened from their Snow White sleep to realize their mickey mouse play acting didn't go over very well with the public at large. Now the Baptist coalition, largest in the US is projecting 70-80 more years, for what, the second coming? (been waiting for that for 2000yrs already) This why you see the manic scrambling now, with or without the Bible & the preaching they remain clueless, further & further out of touch. But like the Mother Church they slowly get drawn by the impulse wave to change, at least we have them up to the 20th century, and they dont even know how we accomplished it.
