Led by the good old semis sgment we might get a good whack here, possibly even a very black eye Monday. For those with Dec Puts (Jodi and probably few others like Happy bids), do not wait until next Friday to squeeze the last once of it. I actually think that by next Wed the fury of this decline will give way to a more or less spirited year end rally. The script is still "more or less" intact.

simon: forget it. buy and hold brokerages, they go up on dips.
check out DLJ and JEF. these guys are gloating over the aspect of a prolonged bear market with all those internet yuppie option buyers.
