Bruce, Last I looked there was no actual agenda yet posted, so don't know. There hasn't been any mention by ORG, but I have learned that they aren't all that predictable. You might want to give ORG a call, or better yet, try the fda periodically to check in with them, although we may not know the specific panel details for a while yet. I can't confirm, but somebody told me that supposedly no nda taken for expedited review which has made it to review has thus far been denied.....can't imagine this would be the case, but if it is, it is an amazing detail.
