Hey Marvin! Got a second invitation on the the K.C. thing. He wanted to know if we could make it before the holidays. I lost a few of my employees recently and am having to do double work so it's doubtful. I am looking forward to it and maybe we can go up sometime in January. How far is Gladstone from K.C.?

Marvin, Yes. I believe IDX will get the Japan Contract and the UK Contract......or large parts of them. The INS must move fast.......or they are up the creek with Congess. They will act in December or January.....for delivery through June 30. IDX will get most, if not all, of the orders......and don't forget the other INS deal. It is real. I only build custom homes..I design each home......no remodels....to messy. I have just enclosed the latest project...finishing up the roof tomorrow.....It is a home for my wife's niece and her family. We started much later than we would have liked..(this should be my R&R time)..but have beaten El Nino just the same......We rock next week, so I get some time off. The house appraised (john doe) for 30% more than the sales price, so I am a great guy...... Building new is the only way to go.....No more capital gains on home sales. Every two years, you may sell your home and walk away with the gain tax free. This is great news for anyone who can build at 50 cents or even have a home built at 70 cents on the dollar. Heck.... My best customer going forward will be me. This is a great country! bg
