Living in a very red, very conservative state, I'm wondering what disaster is waiting to happen HERE. This city is a railroad and trucking crossroads for the entire Western US, and many national corporations run huge warehouse, storage and transportation operations here. Waiting at any of the many RR crossings, I can read the sorts of horribly dangerous chemicals that are moved straight through the middle of this city.

Unlike the W. Virgina or West, Texas, 2.5 million people live in this valley surrounded by mountains, forming a bowl that will trap any airborne contaminants.
