When is beta testing done? What is happening with the lawsuits? etc ,etc,etc... Guys why don't you start reading the company's news releases instead of speculating. The public disclosure at Xinex is excellent and Roy Leahy the CEO and President is readily available to talk to investors, big or small.

With regards to the beta sites, the company has already announced that Kwik Kopy and Canada's second largest telecommunication company BC Tel have agreed to act as beta sites. As far as the results of these beta trials are concerned we all know that if they would have been negative it would have been a material event that Xinex would have disclosed. Xinex is in the technology business not the P.R. business: every little bit of good news does not necessarily need to be made public. The fact that the company continues to sign -up distributors ( most recently Commworld, dec. 10, 97) must say something. One would have to assume that potential distributors are in touch with the individuals overseeing the beta tests.

I do not think that there is such a thing as the end of the beta trials. What is significant is that Xinex is at the beta trial stage and is continually signing up new distributors. I am sure that we will hear more about the whole thing in early 98.

Now let's talk about the lawsuits. It is public knowledge that the company has sued Doug Kind, a founder of the firm . It is also public knowledge that Xinex is being sued by Xinex Labs VCC . The company has clearly stated that it believes the lawsuit is without merit and that it will defend itself. It is also public knowledge that Xinex Labs VCC and Doug Kind are big shareholders. With all these lawsuits I guess Kind and the VCC are not in the stock for the long term. That is probably why the stock is where it is. What happens when big sellers get taken out????

Next, strategic partners. Just go to the company's web site where it is stated that :" we are talking to several companies in various segments of the telecom and networking sides of the market."

Has anybody else heard rumours that need to be put to rest???
