Just for the record, in my dealings with Dale he was scrupulously honest (business setting) and very approachable. His politics were and are left leaning, perhaps in the extreme, you judge, but I found him to be a decent and capable human being. That's only one data point, but it reflects the truth as I know it.

My day was turning out pretty crappy and then I read that Dale Baker, (ie. never heard a conservative debate where the conservative wasn't banned from his thread as they were winning), was banned from SI...... add some of the other idiots like koan and epicure and you'll have made my year..... as it is this certainly made my day....

Yeah Dale Baker. He kicked me off his NFC east board for calling his Cowboys the Cowgirls lol. You cant make this stuff up. Figured he must be a liberal.

I don't recall ever posting to Dale Baker, but somehow he managed to put me on ignore. He did manage to whine about an active thread that I moderate (third one down on his subject list here) that's always on the hot list.. Message 29342037 He somehow seems to think it's unmoderated, because, unlike him and some of the other hard left moderated cesspool boards here, such as epicure's thread, I don't ban or censor people whom I disagree with. I've given time out bans for egregious personal attacks, but never for opinions or articles. Perhaps I should put the hammer down more, but heavy censoring is not my style.
