Jm I heard that Culpepper is stuck in the Snow I think Detroit... He is trying to get to New York to talk to the NYSE and Nasdaq. Apparently Nasdaq found out that the NYSE is ready to take PVCT right away and they want them bad... Nasdaq wants them also though and may let them in right away if they close above $4.... Just a rumor but it comes from an impeccable source...
