I'll just put this in for my clarification. AEP has 7 Million Customers of which 2.9 Million are estimated to have an internet connection. Just read the news twice.

In case you are wondering the cost Checkfee is charging AEP....it was mentioned at the tail end of the Dow Jones News feed....'roughly the cost of a postage stamp'......doc that was comming out of Intuits Investor Insight.....which has the uncanny ability to bring news out minutes before Yahoo! gets it up FWIW.

.......you may get your chance--stocks will be down in sympathy with asia. my advice: when things look bleakest--buy more ckfr and then forget about it.
