In absolute terms it's easy to see Who's the Deficit guy, right?

If you want to use GDP numbers to make Reagan's numbers look better then I think you also have to include all the external and internal numbers that affected GDP so greatly during both of their terms.

Oil prices, interest rates, return on investments, etc. Reagan gets a BOOST on ALL those numbers through NO policy decisions of his own, except maybe tax cuts which helped the rich a lot but not many other people.
