I would imagine she would make you earn the PhD thru the usual academic process while she picks up the tab. It would be good for Elizabeth Warren to pick up the tab then she could really say you didn't do that. If you extend her philosophy out further she would declare anything you do for the rest of your life would be owned by the government. If the government pays for your medical care they can tell you what or what not to eat, drink or smoke as you are now a U.S. dependent. I don't think this was the great experiment as envisioned by Franklin.
