I like the 50% carried to production interest (20% until the sunk costs are recouped by the J/V.) Looks like the issue from your post is where the hauling road will be placed, as it goes through a National Forest. But it sounds like they are just picking the location of the road, and not whether or not to approve a road. Also like that this isn't the big play for them, but it's one that will provide a nice revenue stream.
