VANCOUVER - December 23, 1997 - The Company has granted, subject to regulatory approval, director and employee incentive stock options for 1,700,000 shares at an exercise price to be determined in accordance with the rules of the Vancouver Stock Exchange. The Abbott Orebody and Ainsworth Mill.
The assays on this silver,lead, zinc and gold property are really good and as well as those reserves that you mentioned I saw that there are a further 110,000 tons of indicated reserves in the Greenlaw Zone at 0.026 oz/ton gold, 5.69 oz/ton silver, 5.61% lead and 2.88% zinc. The company also proposes to further diamond drill and prove up reserves in this largely unexplored area.
It looks like Silver is going to $6 very soon so it could not be a better time to bring this mine on line. It could be a good spring in the Kootneys, B.C.! Golden Arch currently owns 30% of the Abbott so when Roper puts it's money into the project, Golden Arch will benefit for no outlay!
