The Moon's Role in Evolution

To say the moon is important to Earth is an understatement. In addition to helping us navigate the darkness, it also helps stabilize Earth's tilt, which, in turn, helps regulate seasons and temperature.

It must be mentioned however, the moon is largely looked over in one aspect; how it has influenced the evolution of life on Earth:
