i told you KDUS was garbage... anyone with brains, sold on the false pop to 1.70.

after 10+ years of searching, their great plan is to buy over-priced swamp real estate? if these idiots had brains , they would have bought up properties in CA/FL/Vegas during the slump in 2010.

usually foolish to buy at the peaks of real estate. Also non-cash assets can be much easier manipulated by insiders for their own profits.
