Great post and joke - It is only after hearing thousands of them and reading a bunch of the books that you can truly appreciate that your joke is true blue newfie joke. Was one of dem two fellers name Jarge? I forget all my good newfie jokes. When I lived in T.O they always made fun of Newfies and Maritimers. also Newfies are the first ones to make jokes and laugh at themselves.
