Mikey,
Re:Larry Ellison better stop dabbling with his
network computer (NC) project and focus on his core
relational database software, or Bill is going to eat his
dominant enterprise market share for breakfast.">>

I was counting the days for atleast a year for people to realize this. Every time I was tempted to buy ORCL, this realization was what kept me from pulling the trigger.

Regards,
Clayton

Uncle Mikey,

I couldn't have put it better.

"Network computer" is a tautology. Besides, businesses no longer buy computers, they buy applications. For a relational database vendor, abandoning its core enterprise app to focus on some loopy hardware is beyond stupid - it's amoeba territory, dude.
