I don't read the paper as saying there can be no effect. The proffers are that the green house effect as described and the math calculating it's effect are wrongly applied in a way that violates the 2n law of thermo.

Any language including English is very slippery. A single word can have all manner of nuanced meanings. The meaning is in the minds eye of the reader. The subsets of meaning of many words may be very different for individuals of different backgrounds. Especially technical words have many specialized meanings in the context of varied technical disciplines.

It supports that there is no radiative imbalance showing heat being trapped. The Sun's energy is absorbed and then radiated away over the next few days, to weeks.

And showing something is quoting some part of the articles and then explaining how it is bad physics. What bad physics defined as I will leave up to you.
