I can still hear the oil execs saying; no, actually they were crying: "if we could only get 20 bucks a barrel". If they don't want to pay a reasonable and fair royalty rate, then I say let them go to more stable countries like Iraq to do business. The Alberta economy is so overheated from the sweetheart royalty scheme now in place and the wasteful and inflationary way these guys do business that it is becoming impossible for the average person to live here. I don't want to stop development but the current pace is simply unsustainable. We could use a slightly slower but steady pace of development.

He claims to have 90% of his portfolio (which he says amounts to millions) in a penny stock with virtually no trading volume??

It trades at $.65. The last trading session shows 150 shares traded. It looks like there've been about 7 days over the past year when more than 100K shares traded with the price never above a dollar. It would be impossible for anyone to put millions into this stock. It has no earnings but it does have a bunch of mining claims scattered around. I gather there are threads where people spin lies about their savvy market moves to one another.
