"PVCT was invited by the FDA to go this route" - This would be news to me because that was not part of the PVCT PR. Are you just passing along a rumor or can you reference the source? On another note, here is the headline from today's PR: "Provectus's PV-10 Path to Initial Approval in U.S. Now Clear Per FDA Meeting Minutes" The path is now "clear" - really? If it is so clear, then release the actual meeting minutes! According to AF, however, they will not do so. What are they afraid of? Those meeting minutes are public records and if not voluntarily provided, it is my understanding that they can be obtained via FOIL request or by subpoena.
