Of course I understand numbers. Nobody expects this to be done overnight. That's why California passed laws a few years ago calling for 33% renewable electricity in 2020, and not 100% in 2015.

They're building more of everything faster than everywhere else, too, prolly cuz they have lots of people. Solar water, PV, wind, nukes, you name it. They built a 1000 bed hospital in a week, even.
