And unlike a certain oft talked about company here, these firms do not have a ridiculously high royalty rate of 15%. Good luck as a licensee trying to make a profit from that. In any event, the Ninth Circuit's ruling on the Crystal Cox appeal substantially raises the bar for internet defamation to the stratosphere, which is all the more reason not to succumb to those desperate to keep you quiet for fear of seeing the truth in print. - Jeff
