Wow! Such a deal $3M for the Israel properties! The best thing for Bennu is that the proposed buyer wants to take Tate and Reese with them! LOL

Now we'll be in great shape when we get that $3B from BP won't we? What a joke!

The Preliminary Plan Term Sheet states that the "Moratorium lawsuit" will be assigned to the liquidating trust (see Article II, "The Liquidating Trust" of the Summary of Plan Proposal, Exhibit A). Does anybody happen to know how this lawsuit can be followed, whether by link to the Court, or a reporting service, or whatever?
