There are all kinds of reasons to both regulate and close coal plants that have nothing to do with CO2 emissions.

You are just obtuse at times - it was only one of odumbo's biggest campaign promises to shutdown coal due to CO2 emissions.

Thanks for the morning chat - amusing as usual - time go out by the lake and light the fire pile - took out a laurel tree last week - messy things laurel trees.
