Uncollected Bills?

It seems to me that if Oxford can ever get the computer mess straightened out(which they now claim it is), those uncollected bills become an asset, like money in the bank. Maybe in a few months, they can get the bills sent out and huge volumes of backlog money pouring in. All the money that didn't come in for the last several months may eventually be paid.

Isn't that a possibility? And couldn't that make a real difference in the future of the company, aside from all this doom and gloom?

I'd welcome comments on this.
