Eric, you are demonstrating why Climate Alarmists made such inroads - most people are bound by check-list, inside the box, stuck in a cliche, hidebound by a slogan, 'thinking'. I'm highly averse to dogmatic thinking, which is the norm in the aviation world which is hidebound and dogmatic. It's you who are adopting the "I am a big shot important person and what I think goes because my ideas are invulnerable, invincible, right, accepted wisdom, settled science and just shut up and do what I say". That's the Global Alarmist case. They don't do reason. They do "I am right and just shut up and gimme the money. It's too late to dither. Debate is over. The Science is settled. We have to gaol opponents. Quick give us the cash." You are a dangerous Climate and Economic pilot, stuck in the Alarmist checklist. Think beyond the checklist and out of the box. If we adopted your Global Alarmist political agenda, you would crash the global economy and millions of lives into the mountain of climate cant. You need some climate situational awareness. Do the checklist, but think over and beyond it. Fortunately, the passengers have mutinied and retaken the cockpit, like the passengers tried to do on Flight 93. The jihadist pilots had what they thought was a great idea, but the passengers did not agree. They did not want to fly into a building, even if it was full of Global Warming Denialists.
