Mann vs Steyn is unlikely to be televised because the court won't want Global Warming to be made a fool of by one of the High Priests being Mr Bumble Stumble. They'll present it as "We don't want to give a defamatory denialist a platform for more falsehoods". <Must say I'm more interested in watching Mann testify under oath in his case against Steyn.> The first judge, who was removed from the case, was obviously an Obama Global Warming acolyte and idiot, and probably an affirmative action excellent gender appointee. Judge Weinberg seems to be heading off down the same track as the Inquisition heresy-trial judge. Does Judge Weinberg have a position on Global Warming and CO2 being the cause? Is he a Mann Made Warmist? If so, he should refuse to handle the case as his bias would be clear. Mqurice
