..Sherman’s rocky relationship with 49ers coach Jim Harbaugh, which dates back to when both were at Stanford, also came in for a lot of scrutiny, including from Chronicle sportswriter Vic Tafur, who noted that Sherman thinks Harbaugh bad-mouthed him before the 2011 NFL draft, where he fell to the fifth round. A Sports Illustrated profile of Sherman traces his dislike of Harbaugh to a suspension in 2007, when he was the team’s leading wide receiver. I dislike Harbaugh and I didn't play for him. ;)
