For the first 5 years of temperature stability the alarmist industry wasn't worried. The next 5 years they were worried but kept their worries to themselves. Their emails to each other told the truth and those emails were released as part of the climate scandal. And for the last 7 years the temperature "pause" has been acknowledged in the peer reviewed literature where there are many (and contradictory!) attempts at explaining it. -- Carl
