I don't care about it either way. I believe I pointed out to you that straight Medicare is not run by the government and I proved you (as usual) to be wrong about that, as well.

The day to day operation of both programs is essentially the same -- big insurance companies handle it all for both.

MA is better because there is a profit motive and it used to provide better value. Today, in AR, MA plans are essentially the same as straight Medicare, they're just more efficient because they have a little less government involvement.
