Bill,

I think that you may get that strong down day a day earlier. Last night there was a slight recovery overseas (from down 5% to down 4%) but this morning its back to the lows.

Is this the third failure at the highs with respect to the dow? Initially 7750 should hold but if not it is possible to test the lows set in October (unless, of course, this has slipped into a bear market , then the first bear market rally just happened).

Hi Bill,

Agreed, maybe even lower. Early weakness is good. This could be the turnaround day since we did close well off yesterday's lows. If not, the next level of more substantial support is 7700 on the DOW.

Have fun.
