It is just hard to tell, but sometimes you just have a warm feeling about something. I'm starting to think there may be something happening here. In all, about 7 states have had significant activity. My state isn't considered one of them, but there were 4 legislators from here who attended the Mt. Vernon event. I have spoken with my state Senator & Representative, and both showed interest in it. It would be pretty exciting to see this succeed.
