Thanks for the links. My small town bank does have an ATM card that uses the Visa network. I can use it anywhere that takes Visa and at the moment only write out checks to pay bills. Not much longer hopefully. Had this card for one (1) year. In fact its just about wore out. Ready for a new one.

Have to give the bank a call and see where they are going with the e-bill process.

P.S. I do read both threads, CKFR and INTU, and have for quite a while. Have some stock (not enought) in both thanks to the information I get from these threads and the research that can be done on the Internet.
