Here.....let me give you a few examples of a lie to help you out.....

'If you like your doctor, you can keep your doctor. Period."

"If you like your health insurance, you can keep your health insurance. Period."

Those are lies....statements of fact made and uttered with knowledge that the statements were untrue.
