And I think I heard the President invent the savings account and the IRA, or perhaps it was TIPS he was trying to invent. I think I heard MYRA --- whoever that may be. I, of course, discovered these decades ago. But it is good to see that he is learning something.

While he is stroking his pen perhaps he could cross off my mortgage balance and reduce my town RE taxes. I promise to spend all the money I 'save'.
