I'm in a fortunate place this winter, from a distorted jet-stream, climate change perspective. In SLC, we should be in the freezing depths of winter, but temps have been 20 degrees higher than normal. That big dip in the jet stream that's pushing arctic air into the south and east is just east of us, sucking warmer air up from the south.
