Probably because Greek rates have nothing to do with our markets in the first place...

OR, maybe people figure if their rates go higher, then our bonds will also go down and then there would be no other place to put their money other than into the stock market... this would also push gold higher...

maybe the masses realized the dictators "MYRA" proposal will just be another taxable gimmick to get the working public in on the soon to be worthless crap on the fed balance sheet. ;)
