Karma doesn't punish anything. Take an adult education class. In the philosophy of the Buddha, karma is the law of moral causation. ALL actions--good and bad-are karmic actions. Nothing to do with sin unless you think loving humanity or being generous are sins.

Karmic actions have consequences according to the Buddha. These consequences are called Vipaka. Like Karma, Vipaka can be good or bad--or any degree of either.

Read up on things before you chime in with nonsense...

On the contrary and we'd love to break it to you, Buddha absolutely did not believe in creator gods, he saw thru that illusion well of humans creating many gods & having attachment to those myths too. And no again, there was no supernatural ascribed to the karma either, which is casual relationship of things. Or answering questions of who or why was responsible for creation, this is completely unessential to ending suffering and obtaining wisdom.

The examples thru just studying nature, the world around us & noting this in ourselves creating the illusions, did not require any saving thru grace, except by the grace of "seeing" and exercising that free will you talk so much about. The lessons are all there for the one who acts rightly, studies, sees & hears properly, no imagined supernatural world needed, you are the one confused.

If you can mention just one thing that transcends the material universe now, please feel free to mention, for what we've discovered is it is vaster more "supernatural" than any bible scribes could ever have dreamed up. All religions are natural based, thats the reality & reality is more than good enough without introducing the supernatural.

Or you can imagine yourself growing wings & fluttering away, your choice, but the supernatural will always remain an exageration passed down to you by the doctors of the Empirical Roman religious artifices, that traded in its many gods for one. There was always & still remains, only Nature.
