If this company is not a fraud, it's a screaming buy.

Or it's otherwise totally and solely managed for the insiders' benefit.

For me, with this company, no dividend = stock to avoid

Re SPU -
If this company is not a fraud, it's a screaming buy.
That is the question, not the valuation. It does not matter, if this company is valued at 3x or 5x earnings or if the cash exceeds the market cap, if those numbers are made up. So if you have done any due diligence on the validity of the numbers you stated (or have a source to someone who did) bring it forward, if not it's not worth bothering with (for me at least, others may differ).

SPU - I owned it in 2010, bailed out at breakevenish in $4-5 area. Two/three years later it's at $1.9. I would say that if it's not a fraud, it's really making sure that the market would not notice it and would not run up shares. :)

My notes:
- Serial diluter - and this has not stopped in 2010, now they have 26M shares vs 19M when I had it.
- Auditors changed in 2009'ish.
- The company market cap is 50M. They theoretically generated almost 2X that in cash flow for the last couple years. Oh wait, they "reinvested" some. But still, they could take this thing private from cash flow alone. :)

Avoid for me. :)

I think I recently received the SPU lawsuit paperwork. I did not have enough losses to send it in though. :)

Very nice Sepio,

Is it a reverse merger?
