Just finished watching CNBC, which interviewed Frank Zarb, NASDAQ chairman and CEO. He confirmed that the companies subject to review are those that do not currently file their reports with the SEC...Now if only CNBC had made this clear in their inflammatory "the sky is falling" teasers! ! ! If anyone else was concerned with these statements, we now have the details and know directly from the Nasdaq chairman that these proposals do not affect OZON.

Hope someone responds to the Wall Street Journal article. Maybe those with contacts at the company could make them aware of this possibility.
