I also find it intellectually dishonest to call court losses "litigation setbacks". That's a way of not owning the losses and consequently not dealing with the problems that led to those losses. What changes have been made that will turn those L's into W's? None that I've heard of....

The Financials conference call is not much to get excited about. At least they did provide approximate Full Year 2014 guidance, which is a step in the right direction. Many more steps needed....
