I also find it intellectually dishonest to call court losses "litigation setbacks".

That's a way of not owning the losses and consequently not dealing with the problems that led to those losses.

What changes have been made that will turn those L's into W's? None that I've heard of....

The Financials conference call is not much to get excited about.

At least they did provide approximate Full Year 2014 guidance, which is a step in the right direction.

Many more steps needed....

Moving AGM back to June suggests the company now realizes they need to complete the Strategic Review before voting on Options Reward program and for renewal of the Shareholder Rights plan.

I think they have that right, and the SR had better be good, plausible and sound if they expect the process to end with acceptance.

The heat is on....
