<Re: Millenimum> Gary at Millenium sent me an email at around 10 am this morning asking me to contact him directly if I had questions about Millenium. I have many questions about a lot of AIPC and Millenium-related things, so I thought everyone might like to see my response to Gary. I tried to include in my questions those that others have raised on this thread. Hopefully, we'll get a decent and timely response from Millenium to my questions. We shall see. Regards, JT #################################################################### >If you have a question about Millennium call me directly to discuss >it. >561 988 2334 > >Gary Schultheis > Gary, Hi. I would call, but I have many unaswered questions. To avoid tying up your time and mine for a long period, could you please respond to the following set of questions by email. No opinions please. Also, if you don't know a specific answer, but have no reason not to provide the answer to me, can you please talk to someone at AIPC who can provide you (and then you can provide it to me) with the answer? Thank you very much in advance, John Tolbert WaveTech Analysis (of Soviet seismic data) =================================== 1) Has WaveTech completed the analysis of the Soviet seismic data that was originally provided to them? 2) If not, could you provide a timeframe for when their analysis of this data will be complete? 3) Once the analysis is completed, does Millenium (or AIPC) intend to release the results immediately to the public, or hold onto it for some reason? 4) If you intend to hold onto the results, could you provide the reason for taking such action? 5) If the analysis is not complete, has AIPC provided any partial results to the companies with which it is in negotiations with? WaveTech (new seismic data collection) ================================ 1) Has WaveTech started this effort in Kaz yet? 2) If so, have they begun to collect new seismic data? 3) If not, when do they plan to actual begin data collection? 4) Is this new seismic data collection being done using 3D techniques, or is it being performed using older traditional methods? 5) What is the expected timeframe for completing the physical data collection? 6) How long after collection completion will it take WaveTech to provide the new seismic analysis results to AIPC? 7) Once the new seismic analysis is completed, does Millenium (or AIPC) intend to release the results immediately to the public, or hold onto it for some reason? 8) If you intend to hold onto the new seismic results, could you provide the reason for taking such action? 9) What parts of the concession is WaveTech collecting new seismic data for? In other words, is this to further evaluate the areas for which AIPC has Soviet seismic for, or is it to get seismic data for areas which AIPC has no old seismic data? 10) Will the completion of this seismic data collection by WaveTech fulfill AIPC's contractual obligations on collection new data, or will additional seismic data collections be required? If new collections are needed, do you know (roughly) when these would take place? Negotiations ========== 1) Are the negotiations for a JV/partnership with AIPC, or to sell off part/all of the concession? 2) Are the negotiations ongoing on a daily basis, or an "as needed meeting" basis? 3) Are the negotiations at a stage where the lawyers are reviewing terms and conditions, or are the negotiations still in a "preliminary" stage? 4) Are there still multiple companies taking part in the negotiations? How many? Have any dropped out? 5) Are the negotiations with multiple companies being held together, or as separate negotiations with each company, or is it a combination of these? 6) Where (in the world) are the negotiations taking place? NY, Kaz, Moscow? 7) Is Dr. Faris personally participating in the negotiations on a regular basis? 8) Are any of the negotiations dependent on obtaining the results of the Soviet seismic analysis from WaveTech? 9) Are any of the negotiations dependent on obtaining the results of the new seismic data collection being performed in Kaz by WaveTech? 10) Are there officials from MSUP participating in the negotiations, or is this strictly an AIPC affair? Misc ==== 1) Regarding the two wells that blew out when the Soviets drilled, how did it happen? 2) Did the Soviets get any evaluation data from either well regarding flow or hydrogen sulfide contaminants? If so, does AIPC have this data and what was it? 3) Why did the Soviets leave the concession when they hit oil with the two wells? Some people have suggested it was because they had found oil at other locations, but that doesn't seem to make sense. Why leave an area where you just hit oil to go to another area? Why not start production in both areas? 4) Regarding the blowouts, are there environmental issues regarding cleanup to deal with, before any additional wells can be drilled in those areas? If so, what are they and when does AIPC expect to take action? 5) Has AIPC signed with a drilling outfit yet, to begin drilling at the start of the 2nd QTR? 6) Does AIPC intend to really drill and produce in this concession, or will the company leave that to the major oil companies? 7) Is AIPC actively pursuing other concessions in Kaz or the Caspian Sea area? 8) Is AIPC actively pursuing concessions in other parts of the world? If so, can you state where? 9) When will AIPC begin receiving revenues from its refinery? 10) Millenium was supposedly hired by AIPC to "help with aquisitions". What type of aquisitions? 11) Has Millenium been successful in talking to brokerages and institutional investors about the prospects for AIPC? 12) Does Millenium provide these brokerages and institutional investors with information that is not provided to individual investors? If so, what type of additional information do they receive? 13) Does Millenium anticipate releasing any news regarding the concession before year-end?
