If you think this report is factual or relevant you obviously have no clue how the Affordable Care Act works. It's an obvious set up by the broker. If the numbers are accurate, they obviously had shit for insurance before. The ignorant could easily be taken in by this, however. Since the story provides absolutely no perspective on the group's previous year's claims, or coverage provisions. It's a very convenient way for brokers and insurers to offload increased premiums on the ACA, which may or may not have had anything to do with the increases.
