Last year, there was a lot of concern about whether there would be snow in Sochi for the winter games. Sochi has the warmest climate in Russia......probably not all that dissimilar from Monterrey. Putin said........no worries.......we have it covered..........its warm in Sochi but the surrounding mts are much colder and we will have snow for the Olympics. Well its a week before the Olympics and guess what............its 50º and raining in the mts........and there is no snow. So what's Putin saying now.............they have snow in climate controlled storage lockers and if there is no snow on the slopes and its not cold enough to make snow, they will bring the snow from the lockers and put it on the slopes. Do you think Putin is a Republican?
