Institutional investors are oppossed to the option repricing for PCDOCS, according to the Financial Post. Reasons (1) management holds a large amount of the options, not the on-line "key" computer nerds, (2) the President has richly rewarded himself in salary in a very poor year, (3) the re-pricing is richer than others (eg, Corel). Personally, I voted against the re-pricing. The meeting is tommorrow get those votes faxed in boys and girls.
