I've no idea. It makes no sense to me. I think the only people who would be happy about this are the aholes who go around where they aren't wanted. Great for the aholes. Not so much great for the rest of us. I do not want the extra work rebanning people who either can't read, or want to be trolls. The rules are clear here. Conservatives are not welcome. Ever.
