The amount of $$ invested to build the plant is not that high. It was announced at the roadshow. The building is already in place, and the equipment is already purchased. I don't remember exactly, but I think they said the equipment was about 600k. that figure should be checked, because I am not %100 sure.
AS to why the plant is in Nev, I believe that is the case. they have had that property in Nev. for quite awhile now....
