Barry, Oops. Tech support at Netspeak will tell you that Modem speed has a lot to do with it. However, my example of a 56k was incorrect. I should have used the difference between say 14.4 and 28.8 or 33.6. Also important is that both parties have have the same capabilities least the transmission be reduced to the lowest common denominator. I can tell you this from experience or so it seems. Also seems that I get better connection with those on at 50k or so but from what you say it's probably because we are at least on at 33.6 both ways. So what's your solution for getting a faster connection? Jim
